The C5™ 3 Series Moisture Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet is a mobile, full-height cabinet with Red Insulation Armour™. It features Dutch insulated aluminum doors, a removable bottom mount control module, and a thermostat that can reach temperatures up to 200°F. The cabinet has a capacity to hold up to 35 pans measuring 18" x 26" and is equipped with lip load slides on 1-1/2" centers. It is mounted on 5" casters, two of which have brakes. The cabinet is made of aluminum and operates on 120v/60/1-ph with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.

The cabinet is available in Red, Blue, or Gray insulation Armour™, and the insulation technology retains heat, saves energy, and provides a cool-to-touch exterior. The doors can be solid insulated aluminum or clear polycarbonate, and the control modules are removable without tools for easy cleaning and future upgrades.
The cabinet also offers various options and accessories such as a travel latch, 6" casters, a small item shelf, stainless steel legs, rear rigid casters, factory left-hand hinging, a flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, straight plugs in different amperages, and chrome universal slide pairs.
