The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet is a mobile, 3/4 height cabinet with a clear polycarbonate door and Grey Insulation Armour™. It has a removable bottom mount control module and a thermostat that can reach temperatures up to 200°F. The cabinet has fixed wire slides on 3" centers, with a capacity to hold either 14 18" x 26" pans or 26 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. It is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes. The cabinet is made of aluminum and operates on 120v/60/1-ph with 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
The cabinet offers three slide styles for maximum holding capacity: Universal Wire, Lip Load, or Fixed Wire. It also comes in two power options: high wattage or low wattage, depending on the specific needs of the application. The C5™ 3 Series is designed for reliability and durability, with high-quality components that ensure a long life of worry-free use. It provides fast heat-up and recovery through a thermostatically controlled, forced convection system.
The Insulation Armour™ technology used in the cabinet retains heat, saves energy, and provides a cool-to-touch exterior. It is available in Red, Blue, or Gray standard colors, with other colors available upon request. The cabinet can be equipped with either solid insulated aluminum doors or clear polycarbonate doors. The clear doors allow visibility of the contents without the need to open the door and lose heat.
The control module options include Holding, Moisture, and Combination Proof and Hold. All modules feature an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. They are removable without tools for easy cleaning and allow for future upgrades without replacing the entire cabinet body.
The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet offers various options and accessories, including a travel latch, 6" casters, small item shelf, stainless steel legs, rear rigid casters, factory left-hand hinging, flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, and different plug options. The cabinet is made of High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) for insulation Armour™, with a smooth polymer drip trough and catch pan. It has high temperature, door-mounted Santoprene gaskets
