The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, full-height insulated cabinet with a removable bottom mount control module. It has a thermostat that can reach up to 200°F and can hold up to 35 pans measuring 18" x 26". The cabinet is made of aluminum and has 5" casters, two of which have brakes. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph with 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is UL, CUL, and NSF certified.
Some standard features of the cabinet include three slide styles for maximum holding capacity, the option to choose between high or low wattage models, reliability and durability, fast heat-up and recovery, and insulation Armour™ technology that retains heat and provides a cool-to-touch exterior. The cabinet also has options for different door types, such as solid insulated aluminum or clear polycarbonate doors.
The control module options include Holding, Moisture, and Combination Proof and Hold. All modules have an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. They are also removable without tools for easy cleaning and allow for future upgrades without replacing the entire cabinet body.
There are also various options and accessories available for the cabinet, such as a travel latch, 6" casters, small item shelf, stainless steel legs, rear rigid casters, factory left-hand hinging, flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, and different plug options.
The cabinet is made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) insulation Armour™ and has a smooth polymer drip trough with a catch pan. It also has high-temperature Santoprene gaskets, molded hand holds on all four corners, polymer high-strength magnetic pull latch with lever-action release, field reversible double hinged doors, and clear or solid doors. The casters have 5" donut neoprene wheels with double ball bearing swivel and a nickel-plated finish.
The holding modules are removable without tools and include a digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, a "Power On" light, a water pan, and a ball bearing blower forced air system.
