The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, full-height insulated cabinet with a removable bottom mount control module. It has a thermostat that can reach up to 200°F and fixed wire slides on 3" centers, allowing for a capacity of either (18) 18" x 26" or (34) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The cabinet is made of aluminum and has 5" casters, with 2 of them having brakes. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph, with 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is UL, CUL, and NSF certified.
Some of the standard features of the C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet include three slide styles for maximum holding capacity, the option to choose between high or low wattage models, reliability and durability, fast heat-up and recovery, and insulation Armour™ technology that retains heat and provides a cool-to-touch exterior. The cabinet also has the option of solid insulated aluminum or clear polycarbonate doors, with full-length or dutch-style configurations available. The control module is removable without tools and features an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights.

The specifications of the C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet include high-density polyethylene insulation Armour™, a smooth polymer drip trough with catch pan, high-temperature Santoprene gaskets, molded hand holds on all four corners, a polymer high-strength magnetic pull latch with lever-action release, field reversible double hinged doors with long-life nylon bearings, clear or solid doors with aluminum frames, and four casters with neoprene wheels and ball bearings.
