The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, full-height cabinet with Red Insulation Armour™. It features Dutch insulated aluminum doors and a removable bottom mount control module. The thermostat can be set to a maximum temperature of 200°F. The cabinet has universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable on 1-1/2" increments, and can hold either (18) 18" x 26" or (34) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. It is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes. The cabinet is made of aluminum and operates on 120v/60/1-ph with 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is UL, CUL, and NSF certified.
The cabinet offers three slide styles for maximum holding capacity: Universal Wire, Lip Load, or Fixed Wire. It is available in both high wattage and low wattage models to suit different needs. The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is designed for reliability and durability, with high-quality components for long-lasting use. It provides fast heat-up and recovery through a thermostatically controlled, forced convection system.
The Insulation Armour™ technology used in the cabinet retains heat, saves energy, and keeps the exterior cool to touch. It is made of durable polymer construction that is dent, impact, and stain resistant. The cabinet doors can be solid insulated aluminum or clear polycarbonate, with full-length or Dutch-style options for full-height cabinets. Clear doors provide visibility of the contents without losing heat.
The control module options include Holding, Moisture, and Combination Proof and Hold. All modules feature an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. They are removable without tools for easy cleaning and allow for future upgrades without replacing the entire cabinet body.
The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet offers various options and accessories, including a travel latch, 6" casters, small item shelf, stainless steel legs, rear rigid casters, factory left-hand hinging, flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, and different plug options.
