The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, full-height insulated cabinet with Dutch insulated aluminum doors. It has a lower wattage option and features Grey Insulation Armour™ for heat retention and energy savings. The cabinet has a removable bottom mount control module with a thermostat that can reach temperatures up to 200°F. It has universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable on 1-1/2" increments, and can hold either (18) 18" x 26" or (34) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The cabinet is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph, with 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is UL, CUL, and NSF certified.
The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet offers three slide styles for maximum holding capacity: Universal Wire, Lip Load, or Fixed Wire. It comes in standard high wattage or low wattage models to suit different application needs. The cabinet is designed for reliability and durability, with high-quality components for long-lasting use. It provides fast heat-up and recovery through a thermostatically controlled, forced convection system.
The cabinet is available in Red, Blue, or Gray standard colors, with other colors available upon request. It features Insulation Armour™, a patented insulation technology that retains heat, saves energy, and provides a cool-to-touch exterior. The insulation is made of durable polymer construction that is dent, impact, and stain resistant. Molded-in hand holds create vertical handles for easy mobility.
The cabinet can be equipped with either solid insulated aluminum doors or clear polycarbonate doors. Full Height cabinets can be configured with full-length or Dutch-style doors. Clear doors provide visibility of the contents without losing heat when opened.
The control module options include Holding, Moisture, and Combination Proof and Hold. All modules feature an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. They are removable without tools for easy cleaning and allow for future upgrades without replacing the entire cabinet body.
