The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, full-height cabinet designed for holding food at optimal temperatures. It features Blue Insulation Armour™, which retains heat, saves energy, and provides a cool-to-touch exterior. The cabinet has Dutch clear polycarbonate doors that allow visibility of the contents without losing heat.
The cabinet has a removable bottom mount control module with a thermostat that can be set up to 200°F. It comes with universal wire slides on 3" centers, which can hold either (18) 18" x 26" pans or (34) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The slides are adjustable on 1-1/2" increments.
The cabinet is made of aluminum and has 5" casters, two of which have brakes. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph power with 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is UL, CUL, and NSF certified.
The cabinet is available in different slide styles, including Universal Wire, Lip Load, or Fixed Wire, to provide maximum holding capacity. It also comes in high wattage or low wattage models to suit specific needs.

Optional accessories include a travel latch, 6" casters, small item shelf, stainless steel legs, rear rigid casters, factory left-hand hinging, flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, and different plug options.
The cabinet is made of High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Insulation Armour™, with a smooth polymer drip trough and catch pan. It has high temperature, door-mounted Santoprene gaskets, molded hand holds on all four corners, and a polymer high-strength magnetic pull latch with a lever-action release. The hinges are field reversible, double hinged, with a 180° swing and long-life nylon bearings.
