The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, full-height insulated cabinet with Dutch insulated aluminum doors. It features a removable bottom mount control module and a thermostat that can reach temperatures up to 200°F. The cabinet has fixed wire slides on 3" centers, allowing for a pan capacity of either (18) 18" x 26" or (34) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2". It is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes. The cabinet is made of aluminum and operates on 120v/60/1-ph with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
The standard features of the C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet include three slide styles for maximum holding capacity, the option to choose between high or low wattage models, reliability and durability, fast heat-up and recovery, and insulation Armour™ technology that retains heat and provides a cool-to-touch exterior. The cabinet is available in Red, Blue, or Gray, with other colors available upon request. The doors can be solid insulated aluminum or clear polycarbonate, and full-height cabinets can be configured with full-length or Dutch-style doors. The control module options include Holding, Moisture, and Combination Proof and Hold, all featuring an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. The modules are removable without tools for easy cleaning and allow for future upgrades without replacing the entire cabinet body.
The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet also offers various options and accessories, such as a travel latch, 6" casters, a small item shelf, stainless steel legs, rear rigid casters, factory left-hand hinging, a flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, and different plug options.
The specifications of the cabinet include High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) insulation Armour™, a smooth polymer drip trough with a catch pan, high-temperature Santoprene gaskets, molded hand holds on all four corners, a polymer high-strength magnetic pull latch with a lever-action release, field reversible double hinged doors with long-life nylon bearings, clear doors with an extruded aluminum frame and polycarbonate window, and solid doors fully insulated with fiberglass and aluminum panels.
