The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, half-height insulated cabinet with a removable bottom mount control module. It has a thermostat that can reach up to 200°F and fixed wire slides on 3" centers, allowing for a capacity of either (8) 18" x 26" or (16) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The cabinet is made of aluminum and has 5" casters, two of which have brakes. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
Some standard features of the C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet include three slide styles for maximum holding capacity, the option to choose between high or low wattage models, reliability and durability, fast heat-up and recovery, and insulation Armour™ technology that retains heat, saves energy, and provides a cool-to-touch exterior. The cabinet also has the option of solid insulated aluminum or clear polycarbonate doors, and three control modules: Holding, Moisture, and Combination Proof and Hold.
There are also various options and accessories available for the cabinet, such as a travel latch, 6" casters, small item shelf, stainless steel legs, rear rigid casters, factory left-hand hinging, flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, and different types of plugs and slide pairs.
The specifications of the C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet include high-density polyethylene (HDPE) insulation Armour™, a smooth polymer drip trough with catch pan, high-temperature Santoprene gaskets, molded hand holds on all four corners, a polymer high-strength magnetic pull latch with lever-action release, field reversible double hinged doors, clear or solid doors with insulation, four casters with neoprene wheels, and removable holding modules with digital thermometer, recessed control dials, master on/off switch, "Power On" light, water pan, and ball bearing blower forced air system.
