The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, full-height cabinet with Red Insulation Armour™. It features Dutch clear polycarbonate doors and a removable bottom mount control module. The thermostat can be set to a maximum temperature of 200°F. The cabinet has universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable on 1-1/2" increments, and can hold either (18) 18" x 26" or (34) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. It is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes. The cabinet is made of aluminum and operates on 120v/60/1-ph with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
The standard features of the C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet include three slide styles for maximum holding capacity, the option to choose between high or low wattage models, reliability and durability, fast heat-up and recovery through a thermostatically controlled, forced convection system, and a choice of Red, Blue, or Gray Insulation Armour™. The Insulation Armour™ is patented and provides heat retention, energy savings, and a cool-to-touch exterior. The cabinet can be configured with solid insulated aluminum or clear polycarbonate doors, with the clear doors providing visibility without heat loss. The control module options include Holding, Moisture, and Combination Proof and Hold, all featuring an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. The modules are removable without tools for easy cleaning and allow for future upgrades without replacing the entire cabinet body.
The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet also offers various options and accessories, including a travel latch, 6" casters, a small item shelf, stainless steel legs, rear rigid casters, factory left-hand hinging, a flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, straight plugs in 20 Amp or 15 Amp, and chrome universal slide pairs.
