The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, 3/4 height cabinet with a removable bottom mount control module. It has a thermostat that can reach temperatures up to 200°F and comes with fixed wire slides on 3" centers, allowing for a capacity of either (14) 18" x 26" pans or (26) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The cabinet is insulated and has a door with Red Insulation Armour™. It is made of aluminum and has 5" casters, two of which have brakes. The cabinet operates on 120v/60/1-ph and has a wattage of 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
The standard features of the C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet include three slide styles for maximum holding capacity, the option to choose between high or low wattage models, reliability and durability, fast heat-up and recovery, and a choice of colors for the Insulation Armour™. The Insulation Armour™ is made of durable polymer construction that is dent, impact, and stain resistant. It also has molded-in hand holds for easy mobility.
The cabinet offers the option of solid insulated aluminum or clear polycarbonate doors. The clear doors provide visibility of the contents without losing heat. The control module is removable without tools and features an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. It also allows for future upgrades without replacing the entire cabinet body.
There are several options and accessories available for the C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet, including a travel latch, 6" casters, a small item shelf, stainless steel legs, rear rigid casters, factory left-hand hinging, a flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, straight plugs in 20 Amp or 15 Amp, and chrome universal slide pairs.
