The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, full-height insulated cabinet with Dutch clear polycarbonate doors. It has a removable bottom mount control module and a thermostat that can reach temperatures up to 200°F. The cabinet can hold up to 34 pans measuring 18" x 26" and is equipped with lip load slides on 1-1/2" centers. It has 5" casters, two of which have brakes. The cabinet is made of aluminum and operates on 120v/60/1-ph with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
The cabinet comes with three slide styles for maximum holding capacity: Universal Wire, Lip Load, or Fixed Wire. It also offers the option of high wattage or low wattage models depending on specific needs. The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is designed for reliability and durability, with high-quality components that ensure a long life of worry-free use. It provides fast heat-up and recovery through a thermostatically controlled, forced convection system.
The cabinet is available in three standard colors: Red, Blue, or Gray. It features Insulation Armour™, a patented insulation technology that retains heat, saves energy, and provides a cool-to-touch exterior. The durable polymer construction is dent, impact, and stain resistant. Molded-in hand holds create vertical handles for mobile applications.
The cabinet can be equipped with either solid insulated aluminum doors or clear polycarbonate doors. Full Height cabinets can be configured with full-length or Dutch-style doors. Clear doors provide visibility of the contents without the heat loss associated with opening the door.
The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet offers three control modules: Holding, Moisture, and Combination Proof and Hold. All modules feature an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. They are removable without tools for easy cleaning and allow for future upgrades without replacing the entire cabinet body.
Optional accessories for the cabinet include a travel latch, 6" casters, small item shelf, stainless steel legs, rear rigid casters, factory left-hand hinging, flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, and different plug options.
