The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, full-height cabinet with Blue Insulation Armour™. It features Dutch clear polycarbonate doors and a removable bottom mount control module. The thermostat can be set to a maximum temperature of 200°F. The cabinet has lip load slides on 1-1/2" centers, with a capacity to hold 34 pans measuring 18" x 26". It is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes. The cabinet is made of aluminum and operates on 120v/60/1-ph, with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is certified by cULus and NSF.
The standard features of the C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet include three slide styles for maximum holding capacity, the option to choose between high or low wattage models, reliability and durability with high-quality components, and fast heat-up and recovery through a thermostatically controlled, forced convection system. The cabinet is available in Red, Blue, or Gray insulation armour, with other colors available upon request. The insulation armour is patented and provides heat retention, energy savings, and a cool-to-touch exterior. The doors can be solid insulated aluminum or clear polycarbonate, with full height cabinets offering the choice of full length or dutch-style doors. The control module options include Holding, Moisture, and Combination Proof and Hold, all featuring an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. The modules are removable without tools for easy cleaning and allow for future upgrades without replacing the entire cabinet body.
The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet also offers various options and accessories, including a travel latch, 6" casters, a small item shelf, stainless steel legs, rear rigid casters, factory left-hand hinging, a flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, straight plugs in 20 Amp or 15 Amp, and chrome universal slide pairs.
