The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, full-height insulated cabinet with a removable bottom mount control module. It has a thermostat that can reach up to 200°F and comes with universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable on 1-1/2" increments. It has a capacity of either (18) 18" x 26" or (34) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The cabinet is made of aluminum and has 5" casters, with 2 of them having brakes. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph, with 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is UL, CUL, and NSF certified.
The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet comes with several standard features. It offers three slide styles for maximum holding capacity, including Universal Wire, Lip Load, or Fixed Wire. It also comes in high wattage or low wattage models to suit different needs. The cabinet is designed for reliability and durability, with high-quality components for long-lasting use. It provides fast heat-up and recovery through a thermostatically controlled, forced convection system. The cabinet is available in Red, Blue, or Gray, with other colors available upon request.
The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet also features Insulation Armour™, a patented insulation technology that retains heat, saves energy, and provides a cool-to-touch exterior. The insulation is made of durable polymer construction that is dent, impact, and stain resistant. The cabinet has molded-in hand holds for easy mobility.
The cabinet can be equipped with either solid insulated aluminum doors or clear polycarbonate doors. Full Height cabinets can be configured with full length or dutch-style doors. Clear doors provide visibility of the contents without losing heat.
The control module options include Holding, Moisture, and Combination Proof and Hold. All modules have an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. The modules are removable without tools for easy cleaning and allow for future upgrades without replacing the entire cabinet body.
