The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet is a mobile, full-height cabinet with insulated Dutch insulated aluminum doors. It has a lower wattage option and features Blue Insulation Armour™ for energy efficiency and a cool-to-touch exterior. The cabinet has a capacity for 35 18" x 26" pans and comes with lip load slides on 1-1/2" centers. It is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes. The cabinet operates on 120v/60/1-ph power with 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
The cabinet offers three slide styles for maximum holding capacity: Universal Wire, Lip Load, or Fixed Wire. It also provides the option to choose between high wattage or low wattage models based on specific needs. Reliability and durability are built into the design, with high-quality components ensuring a long lifespan.
The cabinet features a thermostatically controlled, forced convection system for fast heat-up and recovery. It is available in Red, Blue, or Gray standard colors, with other colors available upon request. The insulation technology used in the cabinet retains heat, saves energy, and provides a durable and dent-resistant exterior. Molded-in hand holds make it easy to move the cabinet.
The doors of the cabinet can be solid insulated aluminum or clear polycarbonate. Full Height cabinets can be configured with full-length or Dutch-style doors. Clear doors allow visibility of the contents without losing heat.
The cabinet comes with three removable control modules: Holding, Moisture, and Combination Proof and Hold. These modules feature an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. They can be easily cleaned and allow for future upgrades without replacing the entire cabinet body.
The cabinet offers various options and accessories, including a travel latch, 6" casters, small item shelf, stainless steel legs, rear rigid casters, factory left-hand hinging, flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, and different plug options.
