The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet is a mobile, 3/4 height cabinet with grey insulation. It features a removable bottom mount control module and a thermostat that can reach temperatures up to 200°F. The cabinet has universal wire slides on 3" centers, which can be adjusted on 1-1/2" increments to accommodate either (14) 18" x 26" pans or (26) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. It is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes. The cabinet is made of aluminum and operates on 120v/60/1-ph with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
The standard features of the C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet include three slide styles for maximum holding capacity, the option to choose between high or low wattage models, reliability and durability, fast heat-up and recovery, and a choice of colors for the insulation armour. The insulation armour is made of durable polymer construction that is dent, impact, and stain resistant. It also has molded-in hand holds for easy mobility.
The cabinet is available with either solid insulated aluminum doors or clear polycarbonate doors. Full height cabinets can be configured with full length or dutch-style doors. The clear doors provide visibility of the contents without losing heat.
The control module options include holding, moisture, and combination proof and hold. All modules feature an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. They are also removable without tools for easy cleaning and allow for future upgrades without replacing the entire cabinet body.
There are several options and accessories available for the C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet, including a travel latch, 6" casters, small item shelf, stainless steel legs, rear rigid casters, factory left-hand hinging, flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, straight plugs in 20 Amp or 15 Amp, and chrome universal slide pair.
