The C5™ 3 Series Moisture Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet is a mobile, 3/4 height cabinet with grey Insulation Armour™. It features a clear polycarbonate door and a removable bottom mount control module. The thermostat can be set to temperatures up to 200°F and has moisture control capabilities. The cabinet has universal wire slides on 3" centers, which are adjustable on 1-1/2" increments. It can hold up to (14) 18" x 26" or (26) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The cabinet is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes. It is made of aluminum and operates on 120v/60/1-ph with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
The cabinet offers three slide styles for maximum holding capacity: Universal Wire, Lip Load, or Fixed Wire. It also comes in high wattage or low wattage models to suit different needs. The C5™ 3 Series is designed for reliability and durability, with high-quality components for long-lasting use. It provides fast heat-up and recovery through a thermostatically controlled, forced convection system.
The Insulation Armour™ technology used in the cabinet retains heat, saves energy, and keeps the exterior cool to touch. It is made of durable polymer construction that is dent, impact, and stain resistant. The cabinet has solid insulated aluminum or clear polycarbonate doors. Clear doors provide visibility of the contents without losing heat.
The control module options include Holding, Moisture, and Combination Proof and Hold. All modules have an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. They are removable without tools for easy cleaning and allow for future upgrades without replacing the entire cabinet body.
The cabinet offers various options and accessories, such as a travel latch, 6" casters, small item shelf, stainless steel legs, rear rigid casters, factory left-hand hinging, flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, and different plug options.
