The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, 3/4 height cabinet with a removable bottom mount control module. It has a thermostat that can reach up to 200°F and comes with universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable on 1-1/2" increments. It has a capacity of either (14) 18" x 26" or (26) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The cabinet is insulated and has a door with Red Insulation Armour™. It is made of aluminum and has 5" casters, with 2 of them having brakes. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph, with 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
The standard features of this cabinet include three slide styles for maximum holding capacity, the option to choose between high or low wattage models, reliability and durability, fast heat-up and recovery, and the availability of different colors for the insulation armour. The insulation armour is made of durable polymer construction that is dent, impact, and stain resistant. The cabinet also has the option of solid insulated aluminum or clear polycarbonate doors, with full height cabinets having the choice of full length or dutch-style doors. The control module is removable without tools and features an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights.
There are also various options and accessories available for this cabinet, such as a travel latch, 6" casters, small item shelf, stainless steel legs, rear rigid casters, factory left-hand hinging, flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, and different types of plugs and slide pairs.
The specifications of this cabinet include high density polyethylene insulation armour, a smooth polymer drip trough with catch pan, high temperature door mounted Santoprene gaskets, molded hand holds on all four corners, a polymer high-strength magnetic pull latch with lever-action release, field reversible double hinged doors with long-life nylon bearings, clear doors with an extruded aluminum frame and polycarbonate window, and solid doors that are fully insulated with fiberglass and aluminum. The casters are nickel plated with neoprene wheels, and the holding modules are removable without tools and feature a digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, a "Power On" light.
