The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, 3/4 height cabinet with a lower wattage and Blue Insulation Armour™. It features an insulated cabinet and door, a removable bottom mount control module, and a thermostat that can reach temperatures up to 200°F. The cabinet has universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable on 1-1/2" increments, and can hold either (14) 18" x 26" or (26) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. It is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes. The cabinet is made of aluminum and operates on 120v/60/1-ph with 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet offers three slide styles for maximum holding capacity: Universal Wire, Lip Load, or Fixed Wire. It also provides the option to choose between standard high wattage or low wattage models based on specific needs. The cabinet is designed for reliability and durability, with high-quality components that ensure a long life of worry-free use. It offers fast heat-up and recovery through a thermostatically controlled, forced convection system.
The cabinet is available in Red, Blue, or Gray standard colors, with other colors available on a promotional basis or upon request. It features patented Insulation Armour™ technology, which retains heat, saves energy, and provides a cool-to-touch exterior. The durable polymer construction is dent, impact, and stain resistant, and molded-in hand holds create vertical handles for mobile applications.
The cabinet is available with either solid insulated aluminum or clear polycarbonate doors. Full Height cabinets can be configured with full length or dutch-style doors. Clear doors provide visibility of the contents without the heat loss associated with opening the door.
The control module options include Holding, Moisture, and Combination Proof and Hold. All modules feature an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. They are removable without tools for easy cleaning and allow for future upgrades without replacing the entire cabinet body.
