The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, 3/4 height cabinet with a removable bottom mount control module. It has a thermostat that can reach temperatures up to 200°F and comes with fixed wire slides on 3" centers, allowing for a capacity of either (14) 18" x 26" pans or (26) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The cabinet is insulated and has a grey Insulation Armour™, which helps retain heat and provides a cool-to-touch exterior. It is made of durable aluminum and has 5" casters, two of which have brakes. The cabinet operates on 120v/60/1-ph and has a power rating of 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet comes with several standard features. It offers three slide styles for maximum holding capacity: Universal Wire, Lip Load, or Fixed Wire. It also provides the option to choose between high wattage or low wattage models based on specific needs. The cabinet is designed for reliability and durability, with high-quality components that ensure a long life of worry-free use. It offers fast heat-up and recovery through a thermostatically controlled, forced convection system. The Insulation Armour™ is available in Red, Blue, or Gray standard colors, with other colors available upon request.
The cabinet comes with the option of solid insulated aluminum or clear polycarbonate doors. Full Height cabinets can be configured with full length or dutch-style doors. Clear doors provide visibility of the contents without the heat loss associated with opening the door.
The control module options include Holding, Moisture, and Combination Proof and Hold. All modules feature an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. They are removable without tools for easy cleaning and allow for future upgrades without replacing the entire cabinet body.
There are also several options and accessories available for the C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet, including a travel latch, 6" casters, small item shelf, stainless steel legs, rear rigid casters, factory left-hand hinging, flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, and different plug options.
