The cabinet features double pane tempered glass doors, top mount digital control, low temperature alarm, and memory recall. It has a ducted heating system and a thermostat that can be set from 70°F to 200°F. The cabinet is equipped with 5" casters for easy mobility. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph power with 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is UL, CUL, and NSF certified.
The C5 controller used in this cabinet is NDP capable and has an intuitive 8 Series solid state controller. It measures and displays the actual cabinet temperature and has a low temperature alarm to ensure the cabinet is operating at the desired temperature.
