The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, 3/4 height cabinet with a removable bottom mount control module. It has a thermostat that can reach temperatures up to 200°F and comes with fixed wire slides on 3" centers, allowing for a capacity of either (14) 18" x 26" pans or (26) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The cabinet is insulated and has a door with Blue Insulation Armour™, which retains heat and provides a cool-to-touch exterior. It is made of durable aluminum and has 5" casters, two of which have brakes. The cabinet operates on 120v/60/1-ph and has a wattage of 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.

It also provides the option to choose between high wattage or low wattage models based on specific needs.
