The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, insulated cabinet with a clear polycarbonate door. It has a lower wattage option and features Grey Insulation Armour™ for heat retention and energy savings. The cabinet has a thermostat that can be set up to 200°F and comes with universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable on 1-1/2" increments. It has a capacity of either (14) 18" x 26" or (26) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The cabinet is made of aluminum and has 5" casters, with 2 of them having brakes. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph, with 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
The standard features of the C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet include three slide styles for maximum holding capacity, the option to choose between high or low wattage models, reliability and durability, fast heat-up and recovery, and a choice of colors for the Insulation Armour™. The Insulation Armour™ is made of durable polymer construction that is dent, impact, and stain resistant. It also has molded-in hand holds for easy mobility.
The cabinet is available with either solid insulated aluminum or clear polycarbonate doors. The clear doors provide visibility of the contents without losing heat. The control module is removable without tools and features an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. It also allows for future upgrades without replacing the entire cabinet body.
There are several options and accessories available for the C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet, including a travel latch, 6" casters, a small item shelf, stainless steel legs, rear rigid casters, factory left-hand hinging, a flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, and different plug options.
