The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, half-height cabinet with grey Insulation Armour™. It features a clear polycarbonate door and a removable bottom mount control module. The thermostat can be set to a maximum temperature of 200°F. The cabinet has lip load slides on 1-1/2" centers, with a capacity to hold 17 18" x 26" pans. It is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes. The cabinet is made of aluminum and operates on 120v/60/1-ph with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.

Additional options and accessories for the cabinet include a travel latch, 6" casters, a small item shelf, stainless steel legs, rear rigid casters, factory left-hand hinging, a flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, and different plug options.
