The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, 3/4 height cabinet with red Insulation Armour™. It has a removable bottom mount control module and a thermostat that can reach temperatures up to 200°F. The cabinet has universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable on 1-1/2" increments, and can hold up to (14) 18" x 26" or (26) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. It is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes. The cabinet is made of aluminum and operates on 120v/60/1-ph with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
The standard features of the C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet include three slide styles for maximum holding capacity, the option to choose between high or low wattage models, reliability and durability, fast heat-up and recovery, and a choice of colors for the Insulation Armour™.
Additional options and accessories for the cabinet include a travel latch, 6" casters, a small item shelf, stainless steel legs, rear rigid casters, factory left-hand hinging, a flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, and different types of plugs and slide pairs.
The specifications of the cabinet include High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Insulation Armour™, a smooth polymer drip trough with catch pan, high temperature Santoprene gaskets, molded hand holds on all four corners, a polymer high-strength magnetic pull latch with lever-action release, field reversible double hinged doors, clear or solid doors, four casters with donut neoprene wheels, and removable holding modules with digital thermometer, recessed control dials, master on/off switch, "Power On" light, water pan, and ball bearing blower forced air system.
