The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, 3/4 height cabinet with a red Insulation Armour™. It has a removable bottom mount control module and a thermostat that can reach temperatures up to 200°F. The cabinet can hold either 14 18" x 26" pans or 26 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans on fixed wire slides. It is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes. The cabinet is made of aluminum and operates on 120v/60/1-ph with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
The cabinet offers three slide styles for maximum holding capacity: Universal Wire, Lip Load, or Fixed Wire. It also comes in high wattage or low wattage models depending on specific needs. The C5™ is designed for reliability and durability, with high-quality components for a long lifespan. It provides fast heat-up and recovery through a thermostatically controlled, forced convection system.
The Insulation Armour™ is available in Red, Blue, or Gray, and is designed to retain heat, save energy, and provide a cool-to-touch exterior. It is made of durable polymer construction that is dent, impact, and stain resistant. The cabinet doors can be solid insulated aluminum or clear polycarbonate. Full Height cabinets can have full length or dutch-style doors. Clear doors allow visibility of the contents without losing heat.
The control module options include Holding, Moisture, and Combination Proof and Hold. They feature an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. The modules are removable without tools for easy cleaning and allow for future upgrades without replacing the entire cabinet body.
Optional accessories include a travel latch, 6" casters, small item shelf, stainless steel legs, rear rigid casters, factory left-hand hinging, flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, and different plug options.
The cabinet is made of High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) for insulation Armour™. It has a smooth polymer drip trough with a catch pan, high temperature Santoprene gaskets, molded hand holds on all four corners, polymer high-strength magnetic pull latch with lever-action release, field reversible double hinged doors with long-life nylon bearings, and clear or solid doors.
