The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet is a mobile, insulated cabinet with a clear polycarbonate door. It has a lower wattage option and features Blue Insulation Armour™ for energy efficiency and a cool-to-touch exterior. The cabinet has a removable bottom mount control module with a thermostat that can reach up to 200°F. It has universal wire slides on 3" centers that can hold either 14 18" x 26" pans or 26 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The cabinet is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes. It is made of aluminum and operates on 120v/60/1-ph with 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
The cabinet offers three slide styles for maximum holding capacity: Universal Wire, Lip Load, or Fixed Wire. It comes in standard high wattage or low wattage models to suit different needs. The C5™ 3 Series is designed for reliability and durability, with high-quality components for long-lasting use. It provides fast heat-up and recovery through a thermostatically controlled, forced convection system.
The cabinet is available in Red, Blue, or Gray standard colors, with other colors available upon request. It features patented Insulation Armour™ technology that retains heat, saves energy, and has a dent, impact, and stain resistant polymer construction. Molded-in hand holds make it easy to move the cabinet.
The C5™ 3 Series offers the option of solid insulated aluminum or clear polycarbonate doors. Full Height cabinets can be configured with full length or dutch-style doors. Clear doors provide visibility of the contents without losing heat.
The cabinet comes with three control modules: Holding, Moisture, and Combination Proof and Hold. They feature an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. The modules are removable without tools for easy cleaning and allow for future upgrades without replacing the entire cabinet body.
Optional accessories include a travel latch, 6" casters, small item shelf, stainless steel legs, rear rigid casters, factory left-hand hinging, flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, and different plug options.
