The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet is a mobile, 3/4 height cabinet with a removable bottom mount control module. It has a thermostat that can reach up to 200°F and can hold either (14) 18" x 26" pans or (26) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The cabinet is made of aluminum and has Blue Insulation Armour™ for insulation. It has universal wire slides on 3" centers that are adjustable on 1-1/2" increments. The cabinet is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph power with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
The cabinet comes with three slide styles to maximize holding capacity: Universal Wire, Lip Load, or Fixed Wire. It also offers the option to choose between high wattage or low wattage models based on specific needs. The C5™ 3 Series is designed for reliability and durability, with high-quality components that ensure a long life of worry-free use. It provides fast heat-up and recovery through a thermostatically controlled, forced convection system.
The cabinet is available in Red, Blue, or Gray standard colors, with other colors available upon request. It features patented Insulation Armour™ technology that retains heat, saves energy, and provides a cool-to-touch exterior. The insulation is made of durable polymer construction that is dent, impact, and stain resistant. Molded-in hand holds create vertical handles for mobile applications.
The cabinet can be equipped with either solid insulated aluminum doors or clear polycarbonate doors. Full Height cabinets can be configured with full length or dutch-style doors. Clear doors provide visibility of the contents without the heat loss associated with opening the door.
The C5™ 3 Series offers three control modules: Holding, Moisture, and Combination Proof and Hold. All modules feature an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. The modules are removable without tools for easy cleaning and allow for future upgrades without replacing the entire cabinet body.
