The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet is a mobile, 3/4 height cabinet with a removable bottom mount control module. It has a thermostat that can reach up to 200°F and fixed wire slides on 3" centers that can hold either 14 18" x 26" pans or 26 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The cabinet is made of aluminum and has Blue Insulation Armour™, which provides insulation and a cool-to-touch exterior. It has 5" casters, two of which have brakes. The cabinet operates on 120v/60/1-ph and has a power of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
The cabinet has three slide styles to choose from for maximum holding capacity: Universal Wire, Lip Load, or Fixed Wire. It also offers the option to choose between high wattage or low wattage models based on specific needs. The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet is designed for reliability and durability, with high-quality components that ensure a long life of worry-free use. It provides fast heat-up and recovery through a thermostatically controlled, forced convection system.
The cabinet is available in Red, Blue, or Gray standard colors, with other colors available on a promotional basis or upon request. It has the patented Insulation Armour™ technology, which retains heat, saves energy, and is dent, impact, and stain resistant. The Insulation Armour™ also has molded-in hand holds for easy mobility.
The cabinet offers the choice between solid insulated aluminum or clear polycarbonate doors. Full Height cabinets can be configured with full length or dutch-style doors. Clear doors provide visibility of the contents without the heat loss associated with opening the door.
The control module options include Holding, Moisture, and Combination Proof and Hold. All modules feature an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. They are removable without tools for easy cleaning and allow for future upgrades without replacing the entire cabinet body.
The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet also offers various options and accessories, such as a travel latch, 6" casters, small item shelf, stainless steel legs, rear rigid casters, factory left-hand hinging, flush door latch.
