The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet is a mobile, full-height cabinet with a capacity for 35 18" x 26" pans. It features a lower wattage option and Grey Insulation Armour™ for energy efficiency and a cool-to-touch exterior. The cabinet has Dutch insulated aluminum doors that can be configured as full length or dutch-style. It also has a removable bottom mount control module with a thermostat that can reach up to 200°F. The cabinet is equipped with lip load slides on 1-1/2" centers for easy loading and unloading. It has 5" casters, two of which have brakes for stability. The cabinet operates on 120v/60/1-ph power with 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.

The cabinet is available in Red, Blue, or Gray standard colors, with other colors available upon request. It is also available with solid insulated aluminum or clear polycarbonate doors. The clear doors provide visibility of the contents without losing heat.
The cabinet comes with three module options: Holding, Moisture, and Combination Proof and Hold. All modules have an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. The modules are removable without tools for easy cleaning and allow for future upgrades without replacing the entire cabinet body.
There are also various options and accessories available for the cabinet, including a travel latch, 6" casters, small item shelf, stainless steel legs, rear rigid casters, factory left-hand hinging, flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, and different plug options.
The cabinet is made with high-density polyethylene (HDPE) Insulation Armour™, which retains heat, saves energy, and is dent, impact, and stain resistant. It has molded-in hand holds for easy mobility.
