The C5™ 3 Series Moisture Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet is a mobile, half-height cabinet with Blue Insulation Armour™. It features a clear polycarbonate door and a removable bottom mount control module. The thermostat can be set to a maximum temperature of 200°F and also has moisture control. The cabinet has fixed wire slides on 3" centers, with a capacity to hold either (8) 18" x 26" pans or (16) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. It is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes. The cabinet is made of aluminum and operates on 120v/60/1-ph, with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
The cabinet offers three slide styles for maximum holding capacity: Universal Wire, Lip Load, or Fixed Wire. It also comes in two power options: high wattage or low wattage, depending on the specific needs of the application. The C5™ 3 Series is designed for reliability and durability, with high-quality components that ensure a long life of worry-free use. It provides fast heat-up and recovery through a thermostatically controlled, forced convection system.
The Insulation Armour™ technology used in this cabinet retains heat, saves energy, and provides a cool-to-touch exterior. It is made of durable polymer construction that is dent, impact, and stain resistant. The cabinet is available in Red, Blue, or Gray standard colors, with other colors available on a promotional basis or upon request.
The C5™ 3 Series offers the option of solid insulated aluminum or clear polycarbonate doors. Full Height cabinets can be configured with full-length or dutch-style doors. Clear doors provide visibility of the contents without the heat loss associated with opening the door.
The control module options include Holding, Moisture, and Combination Proof and Hold. All modules feature an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. They are removable without tools for easy cleaning and allow for future upgrades without replacing the entire cabinet body.
The cabinet also offers various options and accessories, such as a travel latch, 6" casters, small item shelf, stainless steel legs, rear rigid casters, factory left-hand hinging, flush door latch, and stainless steel universal slides.
