The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, half-height cabinet with a removable bottom mount control module. It has a thermostat that can reach temperatures up to 200°F and comes with universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable on 1-1/2" increments. It has a capacity of either (8) 18" x 26" or (16) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The cabinet is insulated and has a door with Red Insulation Armour™. It is made of aluminum and has 5" casters, two of which have brakes. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph, with 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet offers three slide styles for maximum holding capacity: Universal Wire, Lip Load, or Fixed Wire. It also comes in high wattage or low wattage models to suit different needs. The cabinet is designed for reliability and durability, with high-quality components for long-lasting use. It provides fast heat-up and recovery through a thermostatically controlled, forced convection system.
The Insulation Armour™ technology used in this cabinet retains heat, saves energy, and keeps the exterior cool to touch. It is available in Red, Blue, or Gray, with other colors available upon request. The cabinet can be equipped with solid insulated aluminum or clear polycarbonate doors. The control module options include Holding, Moisture, and Combination Proof and Hold, all featuring an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. The modules are removable without tools for easy cleaning and allow for future upgrades without replacing the entire cabinet body.
Optional accessories for the C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet include a travel latch, 6" casters, small item shelf, stainless steel legs, rear rigid casters, factory left-hand hinging, flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, and different plug options. The cabinet is made of High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) for insulation, with a smooth polymer drip trough and catch pan.
