The C5™ 8 Series Controlled Temperature Holding Cabinet is a mobile, 3/4 height cabinet that is insulated and made of 304 stainless steel. It features universal wire slides that can hold either 13 pans measuring 18" x 26" or 26 pans measuring 12" x 20" x 2-1/2". The cabinet has solid doors and a top mount digital control with a thermostat that can adjust the temperature from 70° to 200°F. It also has a low temperature alarm and memory recall function. The cabinet has a ducted heating system and comes with 5" casters for easy mobility. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph and has a power rating of 1440 watts and 12 amps. The cabinet is UL, CUL, NSF, and ENERGY STAR® certified. The C5 controller used in the cabinet is NDP capable and has passive humidity control. The cabinet is ENERGY STAR rated and designed for reliability and durability. The top-mounted controls are user-friendly and easy to clean.
