The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, half-height cabinet with a removable bottom mount control module. It has a thermostat that can reach up to 200°F and can hold either (8) 18" x 26" pans or (16) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The cabinet is insulated and has a grey Insulation Armour™, which helps retain heat and provides a cool-to-touch exterior. It is made of durable aluminum and has 5" casters, two of which have brakes. The cabinet operates on 120v/60/1-ph and has a power of 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
The cabinet comes with three slide styles for maximum holding capacity: Universal Wire, Lip Load, or Fixed Wire. It also offers the option to choose between high wattage or low wattage models based on specific needs. The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is designed for reliability and durability, with high-quality components that ensure a long life of worry-free use. It provides fast heat-up and recovery through a thermostatically controlled, forced convection system.
The Insulation Armour™ is available in Red, Blue, or Gray standard colors, with other colors available upon request. The cabinet can be equipped with either solid insulated aluminum doors or clear polycarbonate doors. The control module options include Holding, Moisture, and Combination Proof and Hold, all of which feature an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. The control modules are removable without tools for easy cleaning and allow for future upgrades without replacing the entire cabinet body.
Optional accessories for the C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet include a travel latch, 6" casters, a small item shelf, stainless steel legs, rear rigid casters, factory left-hand hinging, a flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, and different types of plugs and slide pairs.
The cabinet is made of High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Insulation Armour™ and features a smooth polymer drip trough with a catch pan.
