The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, half-height insulated cabinet with a removable bottom mount control module. It features Red Insulation Armour™, which provides heat retention, energy savings, and a cool-to-touch exterior. The cabinet has a thermostat that can reach up to 200°F and can hold either (8) 18" x 26" pans or (16) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. It is equipped with universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable on 1-1/2" increments. The cabinet is made of aluminum and has 5" casters, two of which have brakes. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph, with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
The cabinet comes with three slide styles for maximum holding capacity: Universal Wire, Lip Load, or Fixed Wire. It also offers power options, with high wattage or low wattage models available based on specific needs. The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is designed for reliability and durability, with high-quality components for long-lasting use. It provides fast heat-up and recovery through a thermostatically controlled, forced convection system.
The Insulation Armour™ is available in Red, Blue, or Gray standard colors, with other colors available upon request. It is made of durable polymer construction that is dent, impact, and stain resistant. The Insulation Armour™ also features molded-in hand holds for easy mobility.
The cabinet can be equipped with either solid insulated aluminum doors or clear polycarbonate doors. Full Height cabinets can be configured with full-length or dutch-style doors. Clear doors provide visibility of the contents without losing heat.
The control module options include Holding, Moisture, and Combination Proof and Hold. All modules feature an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. They are removable without tools for easy cleaning and allow for future upgrades without replacing the entire cabinet body.
Optional accessories for the C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet include a travel latch, 6" casters, small item shelf, stainless steel legs, rear rigid casters, factory left-hand hinging, flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, and different plug options.
