The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, half-height insulated cabinet with a removable bottom mount control module. It has a thermostat that can reach up to 200°F and can hold up to 17 18" x 26" pans on lip load slides. The cabinet is made of aluminum and has 5" casters, two of which have brakes. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
The cabinet comes with three slide styles for maximum holding capacity: Universal Wire, Lip Load, or Fixed Wire. It also offers the option of high wattage or low wattage models depending on specific needs. The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is designed for reliability and durability, with high-quality components for a long lifespan. It provides fast heat-up and recovery through a thermostatically controlled, forced convection system.
The cabinet is available in Red, Blue, or Gray standard colors, with other colors available upon request. It features patented Insulation Armour™ technology, which retains heat, saves energy, and provides a cool-to-touch exterior. The Insulation Armour™ is made of durable polymer construction that is dent, impact, and stain resistant. It also has molded-in hand holds for easy mobility.
The cabinet offers the choice of solid insulated aluminum or clear polycarbonate doors. Full Height cabinets can be configured with full length or dutch-style doors. Clear doors provide visibility of the contents without losing heat. The control module options include Holding, Moisture, and Combination Proof and Hold. All modules have an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. They are removable without tools for easy cleaning and allow for future upgrades without replacing the entire cabinet body.
Optional accessories for the C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet include a travel latch, 6" casters, small item shelf, stainless steel legs, rear rigid casters, factory left-hand hinging, flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, and different plug options.
The cabinet is made of High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) for insulation Armour™, with a smooth polymer drip trough and catch pan. It has high temperature, door-mounted Santoprene gaskets, molded hand holds on all four corners, and a polymer high-strength magnetic pull latch with lever-action release
