The C5™ 1 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, half-height cabinet made of aluminum. It features a clear polycarbonate door that allows visibility of the contents without losing heat. The cabinet has a removable bottom mount control module, which makes cleaning the interior easy and allows for future module upgrades or changes without replacing the entire cabinet.
The cabinet has a thermostat that can be set up to 190°F and a forced air heating system that provides fast heat-up and recovery. It can hold either (8) 18" x 26" pans or (16) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans on universal wire slides that are adjustable on 1-1/2" increments. The cabinet is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes for stability.
The C5™ 1 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is reliable and durable, with high-quality components that ensure a long life of worry-free use. It is also easy to control, with an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights.
There are three holding modules available for the cabinet: a proofing module for proofing applications, a holding module for heated holding applications, and a combination module that can switch between heated holding mode and proofing mode. The proofing module and combination module have individual analog controls for temperature and humidity levels.
The cabinet also offers various options and accessories, such as a travel latch, 6" casters, a small item shelf, a rear push handle, stainless steel legs, factory left-hand hinging, rear rigid casters, a perimeter bumper, a flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, and different types of straight plugs and universal slides.
The C5™ 1 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is equipped with a smooth polymer drip trough with a catch pan, high-temperature Santoprene gaskets, a polymer magnetic pull latch with a lever-action release, field-reversible double hinged doors with long-life nylon bearings, and extruded aluminum powder-coated frames with polycarbonate windows. The cabinet also has four casters with neoprene wheels, two of which have brakes.
The holding modules of the cabinet are removable without tools and include a digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, a "Power On" light, a water pan, and a ball bearing blower forced air
