The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, half-height cabinet with grey Insulation Armour™. It features a clear polycarbonate door and a removable bottom mount control module. The thermostat can be set to a maximum temperature of 200°F. The cabinet has universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable on 1-1/2" increments, and can hold either (8) 18" x 26" pans or (16) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. It is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes. The cabinet is made of aluminum and operates on 120v/60/1-ph with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
The cabinet offers three slide styles for maximum holding capacity: Universal Wire, Lip Load, or Fixed Wire. It is available in high wattage or low wattage models depending on the specific needs of the application. The Insulation Armour™ technology retains heat, saves energy, and provides a cool-to-touch exterior. It is made of durable polymer construction that is dent, impact, and stain resistant. The cabinet features solid insulated aluminum or clear polycarbonate doors. Clear doors allow visibility of the contents without heat loss. The control module options include Holding, Moisture, and Combination Proof and Hold. They feature an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. The modules are removable without tools for easy cleaning and allow for future upgrades without replacing the entire cabinet body.
Optional accessories for the C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet include a travel latch, 6" casters, small item shelf, stainless steel legs, rear rigid casters, factory left-hand hinging, flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, and different plug options. The cabinet is made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) Insulation Armour™ and features a smooth polymer drip trough with a catch pan.
