The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding & Proofing Cabinet is a mobile, half-height cabinet with blue insulation armor™. It features a clear polycarbonate door and a removable bottom mount control module. The thermostat can be set to a maximum temperature of 200°F. The cabinet has universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable on 1-1/2" increments, and can hold either (8) 18" x 26" pans or (16) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. It is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes. The cabinet is made of aluminum and operates on 120v/60/1-ph with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
The cabinet has three slide styles to provide maximum holding capacity: Universal Wire, Lip Load, or Fixed Wire. It also offers power options, allowing you to choose between high wattage or low wattage models based on your specific needs. The C5™ 3 Series is designed for reliability and durability, with high-quality components that ensure a long life of worry-free use. It provides fast heat-up and recovery through a thermostatically controlled, forced convection system.
The cabinet is available in three standard colors: Red, Blue, or Gray. Other colors may be available on a promotional basis or upon request. It features patented insulation armor™ technology, which retains heat, saves energy, and provides a cool-to-touch exterior. The insulation armor™ is made of durable polymer construction that is dent, impact, and stain resistant. Molded-in hand holds create vertical handles for mobile applications.
You can choose between solid insulated aluminum or clear polycarbonate doors. Full height cabinets can be configured with full length or dutch-style doors. Clear doors provide visibility of the contents without the heat loss associated with opening the door.
The control module options include Holding, Moisture, and Combination Proof and Hold. All modules feature an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. They are removable without tools for easy cleaning and allow for future upgrades without replacing the entire cabinet body.
