The C5™ 1 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, full-height cabinet that is non-insulated. It features a clear polycarbonate door and a removable bottom mount control module. The thermostat can be set to a maximum temperature of 190°F. The cabinet has universal wire slides on 3" centers, which are adjustable on 1-1/2" increments. It can hold either (18) 18" x 26" pans or (34) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The cabinet is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes. It is made of aluminum and operates on 120v/60/1-ph with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It has a NEMA 5-20P plug and is cULus and NSF certified.

The clear polycarbonate door allows visibility of the contents of the cabinet without the need to open the door, thus minimizing heat loss. The removable control module makes it easy to clean the cabinet interior and allows for future module upgrades or changes without replacing the entire cabinet body.
There are three holding modules available for the cabinet. All modules feature an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. The proofing module is designed for proofing applications only and has individual analog controls for temperature and humidity levels. The holding module is for heated holding applications and has an analog temperature control and a passive humidity generation system. The combination module can switch between heated holding mode and proofing mode with individual analog controls for temperature and humidity levels.
The cabinet also offers various options and accessories, such as a travel latch, 6" casters, small item shelf, rear push handle, stainless steel legs, factory left-hand hinging, rear rigid casters, perimeter bumper, flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, and different types of straight plugs and universal slide pairs.
