The C5™ 4 Series with Insulation Armour™ Plus is a mobile heated holding cabinet with an under counter design. It features an insulated clear door and top mount controls with a thermostat that can reach temperatures up to 200°F. The cabinet has universal wire slides on 3" centers that are adjustable on 1-1/2" increments, allowing for a pan capacity of either (5) 18" x 26" or (10) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2". It is made of stainless steel and operates on 120V/60/1 with 1400 watts and 11.7 amps. The cabinet is cULus and NSF certified. The standard features of this cabinet include a stainless steel construction for easy cleaning and durability, top-mounted controls for improved access and readability, and a forced convection design that circulates hot air for consistent temperature. The cabinet also features Insulation Armour™ Plus, a patented insulation technology that provides improved energy efficiency and durability. Optional accessories for this cabinet include 6" casters, a small item shelf, a travel latch/hasp, rear rigid casters, factory left hand hinging, straight plug or twist lock plug options, 6" stainless steel legs, and various types of universal slide pairs. The specifications of this cabinet include high temperature door gaskets, type 304 stainless steel door hinges, a chrome plated door latch, a type 304 stainless steel cabinet body with HDPE exterior, a thermostatically controlled heating element, plate mounted casters, and insulation with HDPE polymer panels and foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation. The doors of this cabinet are made of type 304 stainless steel and are insulated and welded. They are field reversible with a 180° swing. Solid doors are fully insulated with high density fiberglass insulation, while insulated clear doors are double-pane tempered glass with Low-E coating.
