The C5™ 1 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, 3/4 height cabinet that is non-insulated. It features a clear polycarbonate door and a removable bottom mount control module. The thermostat can be set to a maximum temperature of 190°F. The cabinet has lip load slides on 1-1/2" centers, with a capacity to hold 27 pans measuring 18" x 26". It is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes. The cabinet is made of aluminum and operates on 120v/60/1-ph with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is certified by cULus and NSF.

There are three holding modules available for the C5™ 1 Series Heated Holding Cabinet. All modules feature an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. The proofing module is designed for proofing applications only and has individual analog controls for temperature and humidity levels. The holding module is for heated holding applications and has an analog temperature control and a passive humidity generation system. The combination module can switch between heated holding mode and proofing mode with individual analog controls for temperature and humidity levels.
There are several options and accessories available for the C5™ 1 Series Heated Holding Cabinet, including a travel latch, 6" casters, small item shelf, rear push handle, stainless steel legs, factory left-hand hinging, rear rigid casters, perimeter bumper, flush door latch, stainless steel universal slides, straight plug (20 Amp or 15 Amp), and chrome universal slide pair.
The cabinet is equipped with a smooth polymer drip trough with a catch pan, high temperature Santoprene gaskets, polymer magnetic pull latch with lever action release, field reversible double hinged doors with long-life nylon bearings, extruded aluminum powder coated frame.
