The C5™ 1 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, half-height cabinet that is non-insulated. It features a clear polycarbonate door and a removable bottom mount control module. The thermostat can be set to a maximum temperature of 190°F. The cabinet has universal wire slides on 3" centers, which are adjustable on 1-1/2" increments. It has a pan capacity of either (8) 18" x 26" pans or (16) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. The cabinet is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes. It is made of aluminum and operates on 120v/60/1-ph with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.

The control module features an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. There are three holding modules available: proofing module, holding module, and combination module. The proofing module has individual analog controls for temperature and humidity levels, while the holding module has analog temperature control and a passive humidity generation system. The combination module allows for easy switching between heated holding mode and proofing mode.
