The C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, 3/4 height cabinet with a grey Insulation Armour™. It has a removable bottom mount control module and a thermostat that can reach temperatures up to 200°F. The cabinet has fixed wire slides on 3" centers, with a capacity to hold either 14 18" x 26" pans or 26 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. It is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes. The cabinet is made of aluminum and operates on 120v/60/1-ph with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is cULus and NSF certified.
The standard features of the C5™ 3 Series Heated Holding Cabinet include three slide styles for maximum holding capacity, the option to choose between high or low wattage models, reliability and durability, fast heat-up and recovery, and a choice of colors for the Insulation Armour™. The Insulation Armour™ is a patented insulation technology that retains heat, saves energy, and has a cool-to-touch exterior. The cabinet is available with either solid insulated aluminum or clear polycarbonate doors. The control module options include Holding, Moisture, and Combination Proof and Hold, all of which have an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. The control modules are removable without tools for easy cleaning and allow for future upgrades without replacing the entire cabinet body.
