The interior and exterior are made of painted galvanized steel for durability. The cabinet has a 50" high stainless steel serving deck, allowing for easy access to the ice cream. It also has glass view windows, allowing customers to see the available flavors. The interior is equipped with LED lighting, which can be controlled with a switch. The temperature range of the cabinet is 5°F to -5°F, ensuring that the ice cream stays frozen and ready to serve. It is powered by a 5/6 HP motor and operates on 115v/60/1-ph power with 7.2 amps. The cabinet comes with a NEMA 5-15P plug. This ice cream dipping/display cabinet is cULus and UL EPH Classified, meeting safety and sanitation standards.
