This commercial dipping cabinet is designed for displaying and serving ice cream. It features a low-glass design with (8) 3 gallon can display and (4) 3 gallon storage compartments. The interior and exterior are made of painted galvanized steel for durability. The cabinet has a 50" high stainless steel serving deck and low front glass view windows for easy viewing. It also has LED interior lighting with a switch for better visibility. The temperature range is from 5°F to -5°F, and it has a 3/5 HP motor. It operates on 115v/60/1-ph with 5.9 amps and comes with a NEMA 5-15P plug. It is cULus and UL EPH Classified certified.
