The Ice Cream Commercial Dipping Cabinet is designed to hold and display six 3-gallon containers of ice cream. It also has storage space for an additional four 3-gallon containers. The cabinet features a cold-wall evaporator and is made with a painted galvanized steel exterior and a galvanized steel interior. The top of the cabinet is made with stainless steel and includes an anti-condensate heater. The lid can be flipped open for easy access. The temperature range of the cabinet is from 10°F to -10°F. It is powered by a 1/4 hp motor and operates on 115v/60/1-ph with 3.2 amps. The cabinet comes with a 9-foot cord and a NEMA 5-15P plug. It is cULus and NSF certified.
