The Strato Series Commercial Convection Oven is a gas-powered oven with a bakers depth and two decks. It has a temperature range of 150-450°F and features solid state controls and a timer. The oven also includes a high power radial fan, 11 position pan slides, and 5 racks per deck. The interior is porcelainized and the exterior is made of stainless steel. The oven has two doors with double pane glass windows that open simultaneously. It has a power of 60,000 BTU and operates on 120V/60/1-ph with 14.2 amps and 1.0kW. The oven is cULus and NSF certified and is made in the USA. Additional commercial ovens and cooking equipment are also available. Standard features of the oven include a fully enclosed oven back, a 1-hour timer with a non-stop buzzer, and a door interlock switch that cuts power to the fan. The oven has an operating temperature range of 150 to 450°F and a powerful 55,000 BTU/hr gas burner system. The exterior is made of heavy-duty 430 Series stainless steel and the controls are simple knob-set time and temperature controls. The oven also has a solid-state temperature control that is accurate to ± 4°F. It is insulated on all six sides of the cooking compartments with 2" insulation. The oven has a powerful blower centered in the back of each compartment and features two-speed pulse-fan and HIGH-LOW speed fan switches. The cooking compartments are extra deep and made of porcelainized steel. The oven comes with 6" adjustable legs as standard, but optional 6" heavy-duty casters are also available. It includes 7-position pan slides with five chrome-plated wire racks provided per oven. The oven has heavy-duty, simultaneously-opening compartment doors with large double-pane tempered glass windows. Options and accessories for the oven include a flue extension, 6" legs (quantity of 4), a direct vent connector, 6" flanged legs (quantity of 4), and 6" casters (quantity of 4) with 2 rigid and 2 swivel with brake.
