The Strato Series™ Commercial Convection Oven is a gas oven with a bakers depth and 1-Deck. It has a temperature range of 150-450°F and features solid state controls and timers. The oven is equipped with a high power radial fan, 11 position pan slides, and 5 racks. The interior is porcelainized and the exterior is made of stainless steel. The oven has a 60,000 BTU gas burner and operates on 120V/60/1-ph with 7.1 amps and .5kW. It is cULus and NSF certified and is made in the USA. Standard features of the oven include a fully enclosed oven back, a 1-hour timer with a non-stop buzzer, and a door interlock switch that cuts power to the fan. The oven has a temperature range of 150 to 450°F and is powered by a powerful 55,000 BTU/hr gas burner system. The exterior is made of heavy duty 430 Series stainless steel and the controls are simple knob-set time and temperature controls. The oven has a solid state temperature control that is accurate to ± 4°F. It is insulated with 2” insulation on six sides of the cooking compartments. The oven also has a powerful blower centered in the back of each compartment and two speed pulse-fan and HIGH-LOW speed fan switches. The cooking compartments are extra deep and made of porcelainized steel. The oven comes with 6” adjustable legs as standard, but optional 6” heavy duty casters are also available. The oven has 7-position pan slides with five chrome plated wire racks provided per oven. The compartment doors are heavy duty and open simultaneously, with large double pane tempered glass windows. Optional accessories for the oven include a flue extension, 6" legs (qty 4), a direct vent connector, 6" flanged legs (qty 4), and 6" casters (qty 4) with 2 rigid and 2 swivel with brake.
