The electric wall-mounted commercial cheese melter is 48 inches long and comes with a chrome-plated wire rack that can be adjusted to four different positions. It has 1200 watts per foot of infrared quartz heaters, which heat up fully in seconds at a temperature of 1650°F. The melter has a plate-activated instant off-on and constant heat setting, and its exterior and interior are made of stainless steel with an aluminized steel back. It comes with wall brackets for mounting and can also be mounted on a counter. The melter is cULus and NSF certified. Optional accessories include a set of four 4-inch legs for countertop use and a heater guard.
